Overall, i am very pleased with my purchase and how this rice cooker performs. The company is very responsive.

The tahdig (crispy rice on the bottom of the pot) comes out perfectly. I had been looking for one that accommodates a maximum of 3-cups of rice. The crispy bottom part of the rice makes it easy to flip upside down as a cake before serving.

Making persian rice in this cooker is a breeze. Perfect persian rice and tahdig (the crispy bottom of the rice). The tadig (the crunchy cover) is fantastic! Made my first batch of crunchy persian-style rice.

Cons

It's dangerous to operate and dangerous to eat out of. Description and box says 15 cups. But the inner pot says 14 cups. Not recommended to buy.
