Pros & Cons

Pros

The park tool bike stand takes all the tedium out of cleaning, upgrading and maintaining a bike. Love the redesigned head- makes it super easy to get a bike in and out. Bmx bike, very stable, no flipping bike over on the floor and bending over to work...  Read More

The craftsmanship and quality is second to none. Its sturdy, easily adjustable, and overall its my favorite piece of mtb equipment.

It's $50 but much nicer and more versatile than the bent wire holder that park tool also sells. A little pricey but. A little expensive but will last forever.

Easy to assemble. Easy to set up/break down. My only negatives:- instructions are fine for putting it together, but there's nothing about how to use it. The instructions were well written with easy to follow.

Cons

The stand is of questionable durability. Both the upright and the large vertical top tube have rust in them. Plastic * seem cheap!

Quality

Very sturdy and has been upgraded to address issues with previous models that allowed it to fold itself up a bit on its own

Great clamp ease of use with compatible accessories such as tool tray paper towel holder etc

None of it seems like it was stamped out in a massive low quality factory

It gets into smaller spaces opens wider than the bh and clamps slippery dropper stanchions that the bh has trouble with

Price

4 stars because i feel it’s a bit over priced

The only think i wish it had is a lower price but i already bought it so thee goes that wish

I was not at all happy to pay the price for this stand

I can justify it by the money i dont spend by having the work done at a local bike shop

Shipping

Seller evernow fixed it as promptly as possible

Competitiveness

Its sturdy and priced right its much better than the chinese stand that was more expensive at my local bike shop

Great product really feel like its better than most others on the market

You can purchase several different brands of work stands but you won’t find any that are similar to the park brand

However theres little this park will do that the bikehand wont do nearly as well

None of them are perfect and neither is this pcs 10

Portabilityif you want a portable stand get something else

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Bikehand is the most portable then feedback trailing by some distance because its bigger and heavier and folding the clamp isnt as quick as with the bh

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Feedback trails by a lot because the elevated tripod legs get in the way and the vertical central post doesnt allow as much room between the stand and the bike

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The bh legs stick up a bit more than the park

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The bh is significantly more flexible while its strong enough for almost anything it doesnt feel like it
