Pros

Parchment sheets are a great alternative to silicone mats for baking. They are great for wrapping sandwiches, burritos, bagel etc.

This is esthetically better looking and doesn't burn as much too. Love the sturdiness and size of the sheets. What a deal, dnd this is much thicker!

Cons

I was disappointed by the amazon delivery center. There is zero point to buying precut parchment if it doesn't fit in the size pan it says it does.
