Pros

I feel this is a healthier way to keep my hair in control. Holds my locs in a great updo without the heavy hair slipping out. When i use all three pins in damp hair, they usually hold.

They are light, easy to use and keep my wavy, thick, shoulder length hair swept up and looking classy. They're perfect if you want a quick and easy up-do without visible accessories.

I've used claw-like clips for years, prior used rubberized bands. They keep hair back in chignons without the tangle from hair elastics. One in my purse, one in my bathroom and the other is on the dresser so if i need it i'm overed.
