The zippers are comes a little bit taft for me i think it shoulde be more smooth if the quality is good

The shoulder straps arent ripping there are no holes in the bottom from sliding the pack around and my modification has held up good
The strap allows me to pull the upper back closer thus avoiding the weight from pulling the pack away from my back at the top

Over the span of three years i have packed this bag full of stuff as i have traveled to four countries been hunting and hiking in the usa and even singed holes in the lining between the main and outer compartment to tie in one of the side packs
