This machine is a beast. No fuzz. Worked like a charm.
Workhorse of a sno cone machine. Very durable, easy to use. Heavy duty clear drain hose is somewhat tricky to install if you need to use it.
Metal shavings. I wish it * a little finer. It shaves the ice nicely.
The joy that it brought to the usmc guys over there cannot be measured. It keeps up with the demand of the kiddos with ease. It will be used for church activities. received new machine today.

The inside of the hopper wasn't smooth at all - very rough. It's like they dented it and boxed it up anyway.

Haven’t had the snow machine for even a year and used maybe a dozen times and the on switch won’t work
