The product heats quickly, but it does not maintain a temp that you can use the wax. The wax really never dries cleanly. I feel the wax is cheap.

Followed instructions machine does not heat up to melt wax at all after an hour could touch i side melting plate and still room temp and yes it was onitem is junk

I didn’t really notice that much changes on my skin it’s mostly for relaxation effect

Liked the way it feels on hand however takes all the wax provided to dip your hand then takes 40ish mins to melt and then has too cool
