Pros
Best non-automated stapler i have ever used. I staple by picking it up and squeezing it, and it has some kind of spring action that works every time. Stapling 16 sheets (20lb paper) is bliss.
Cons
Nice idea here, but horrible execution. Not worth the hassle to return. I hate to sound angry, but it's a waste of money and time.
The stapler isn't stable, and to push it down with one finger sends it flying across the table. The staple-loading mechanism is very counter-intuitive and it feels awkward to use.

Noting the three parts to the stapler the top handle the middle which holds the staples and the bottom you have to slide the bottom toward the back of the stapler to open it
