Pros
Only downside is that most of the measurements are metric instead of inches, but that could be a plus for some. Makes it safer and lighter. It's bigger than i imagined and heavier too so is sturdy and solid.
Meets my expectation and need which is to cut watercolor paper to required size. I own a vinyl business and it cuts vinyl perfect! There is a little holder which assists you to lightly snuggle the document without ripping it in order to cut it.

Cons
The grid is about 20 millimeters too far from the cutting edge. This makes for ugly, crooked jagged cuts. Doesn't cut straight or clean at all; not even a single piece of paper.
It tears and wrinkles the paper. The contraption that is supposed to hold the paper down is a good idea, but does not work very well. Unhappy with this and will be purchasing elsewhere.

There is no blade as you would have seen in art class growing up

You should put slight pressure to the left as you ring the handle downward thereby keeping a contact point where the cutting occurs
