Pros
Easy to adapt to and easy to program. If you don't need full internet capability, this is a great simple phone. It's not an i-pad but it suits our needs.
Cons
This phone works for 4 months, but then broke and is inefficient. Will not charge, battery dead. Description above says that the sim card is micro size, but it actually requires nano size.

I was unable to get to the att store until yesterday my old phone had a different size sim card so i couldnt do it myself sorry to be so late telling you what a good fit it is in my hand to start and then finding how complete the features are even as a gophone i was told the internet would not be available with my plan but the browser took me to google and from there to opera and i am extremely happy

The only downside is the battery cover doesnt want to come off or back on easily but leaving it off and using a fitted flip phone case solved the problem for now
