Although i believe any terrorists ability to get hold of this kind of weapon to be unlikely but far from remote especially since the fall of russia in the 1980s there is still the possibility which makes the book much more frightening

Too much of the book is taken up by either a review of the previous books story and characters or partial pages from other books that the author is pushing
