Tried unsuccessfully to contact panasonic support by phone and online. The phone support refers one to the online support. The online support would not start the online chat. Customer service at panasonic is horrible.

The microwave started buzzing and smoking the other day and is out of warranty. It has a 1 year warranty, but you have to ship it in. Not asking for a replacement or repair. Nope -- the warranty is only good for 1 year!

Sensor reheat takes close to 8 minutes, but says it will cook for only 2 minutes. Replacement heats the plate or dish so hot you can’t touch it. The turntable works half the time now, and it takes longer to heat food up.

We had a minor fire incident in our previous iteration of this microwave and couldnt clean the inside afterward

Much better than the cheap ones at walmart and home depot

We had a similar microwave from panasonic which served us very well for over 15 years

This newer model is very similar to the old one with a few very annoying changes
