Overall, disappointed - manufacturer's spec is over-exaggerated. By comparison this one makes a racket.
This fan is surprisingly pretty noisy still. Not much quieter then the cheap 20. Is is not quiet at all/ there is a very loud humming.

Overall these are a quality product highly recommended
It is a bit tricky to install but easy if you watch someone else do it or have experience with the panasonic retrofit mount
The house was built in the 1990s and the fans are the standard broan fans with the flimsy tin housing see the photo
