The zipper mechanism is not too beefy. The zippers glide very easy. It's easy to open and high enough to clear the hinges.
Sealed oof attic perfectly. Works great and keeps house sealed off from attic. My attic stairs are right above my thermostat.
I like how this product staples directly to the joists next to the wooden frame of the folding stairs. Only item i added that wasn't included in the instructions is a thick 2 sided tape (amazon) before i stapled into place. Easy to install with electr... Read More
Cons
There is no way this thing at about a 1/4 thick has an r value even close to stated 15. Has much higher r value, no sweating, and no mold.
