Pros
This is nicely made. Not the greatest, but pretty good. A bargain price (made in china) for this level of quality. Can't go wrong for the price.
Does what it is supposed to and is very economical to purchase. Pretty handy in the fireplace too.
The hook on the handle end is really convenient for hanging. This is the most essential fireplace tool i own next to the shovel. At this price this grabber is a great no-frills tool.
It's much thicker and heavier than others made it seem. The few negative reviews really have me perplexed. Both are extremely sturdy and very cheaply priced.
This is just what i needed for our frequent campfires. I use them in my outside fire pit and they work well. Very hard to find these at local hardware stores for some reason.

Get real. Way overpriced piece of junk metal. Awkward to use.

Ive grown so tired of all the wimpy fireplace tongs out there that bend and flex when handling even the smallest of logs

The curvature at the jaws end makes it difficult to release logs in our fireplace since im holding the tongs nearly horizontal

If i could hold the tongs at a higher angle the log would probably roll right out of the jaws
