The product i received looks just like the picture and as long as you arent hanging baby elephants from it it will work just fine for most reasonable uses

The difficult part was screwing the screws into the wall due to the severe angles of adjustment

I had to use a crooknecked screwdriver which as anybody knows whose used one they never perform exactly as they are supposed to

In any case the end result was both screws sticking less than a half inch from their intended targets

Instead of attempting to falter my progress over the course of one extra day of difficulty i used more super glue all around the wall bracket for the following day of course now intending for this hanger to pretty much never be removed from this wall unless pried forcefully
