This works fine in every other cornbread recipe i have ever baked but this was awful. Also today (after baking the cornbread yesterday) it has the same awful rancid smell. Buy glutino instead--they taste like regular brownies.

The taste is good but it has large, hard kernals in it which give it an unpleasant mouth feel. They are like large pieces of cornmeal which do not soften when cooked. They taste carob-y instead of chocolatey.

Im always trying to find this product in stores but when i do it averages nearly 7 a bag

I make mine with 2 eggs unsweetened coconut milk and 6 packets of stevia and that’s it

Competitiveness

Absolutely delicious chocolate cake it rivals any glutenfree or nonglutenfree chocolate cake

I can’t compare to that but this is certainly my favorite mix of all the gluten free that i’ve tried

I’ve made other mixes and recipes from scratch but none compare pamela’s cornbread is our favorite hands down
