Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

The corn is grown on a farm in south carolina and then ground up on site. We now opt for palmetto farms grits over others. These grits are the best grits i have ever made or eaten.

Rich in flavor- very consistent, and creamy smoth. They are delicious served plain, treated like polenta, or combined with other ingredients. Maple syrup is also a good topping.

I always purchase the 3 pack and the first two were perfect as always. Price is quite reasonable. The three-pack is perfect for sharing, if you can bring yourself to part with any.

Cons

Grits taste like already chewed popcorn with the hard hull included. Package has an expiration date of march 1, 2021.

My hint on them not being a glumpy chunk is to stir constantly while slowly adding grits around the pan rather than dumping them in the center
