I cannot hotsynch to my present computer because it is windows 7 and the original palm tungsten e2 was on excell

I cannot back it up to my lap top even though i went on line and up loaded the newest palm soft ware and it loaded but i still cant get it to synch

Again it has to be stressed a thousand times to newbies that palms are not minilaptops or smartphones and dont expect them to act it

It will not work to well with windows 7 or 8

You need to go to the internet and find from user support groups the appropriate software fixes and drivers that will enable it to work with windows
