Pros

The mold seems durable. The mold elevate the pastry by creating crisp lines and corners. My granola bars come out great after chilling in the fridge.

Great for homemade butter, personal icebox cakes, fruit bars and granola bars. Great for making ice cubes with fruit/mint for water bottles. They last longer than regular ice cubes and i can put blueberries in them for her.

Cons

These are extremely thin and won't hold the shape for granola bars. Super thin and flimsy material makes this transfer to the freezer a total nightmare. These are so hard to clean. They constantly get this weird greasy film on them.
