Highlights
Quality
I havent had them outside long enough to evaluate the quality yet so far so good
I like being able to write on the included plastic labels with the garden marker rather than writing directly on the marker
I just thought no the labels that come with the plant should be good enough
Im giving this 5 stars because i believe the problem to be in the marker i used and not this product
Packaging/appearance
The makings on the labels faded and can not be read
Make sure you get the correct pens to write on the labels
Competitiveness
My wonderful soul sister got me a new ptouch for the holidays
I used a brother ptouch label maker to label them but they also come with their own labels you can write on
I made these with a brother label printer using ptouch editor 5

I did buy letters for punching the names of my garden varieties into the metal plates but my letters ended up being so tiny they didnt show well i will end up writing the names instead and possibly taking a metal awl and embossing the letters into the plates

But as any gardener knows they never are

And theyre too short and thin to properly get in the ground even when they are new

You could probably skip the label and just write on the tag directly

The only reason that they dont get 5 stars is that you need to rewrite the labels every few weeks even with sharpie

You have to use oilbased garden markers not regular permanent sharpies
