Pros

It's very sturdy, feels good to handle, cleans easily, and made great madeline cookies. I use 'pam for bsking' spray instead of buttering & flouring each shell.

I love that gobel makes so many baking pans in tinned steel. These produce madeline perfection. The mold seems well made.

Highly recommend this pan over nonstick pans. Browning is good. Now that my pan is conditioned, it makes very tasty madeleines.

Go with the tin as opposed to silicone or nonstick. I prefer this to my nonstick pan because the color is a beautiful golden, not overly browned.

Cons

Greased and flowered this item is junk. The shape is wonderful and that's the only reason i will recommend this pan. Tinned steel is not stainless however, which is what this is made of, and appears to have durability issues.

Food used to be packed safely in tinlined cans for many years

They arrived individually in plastic something i wish they wouldnt do because it leaves a residue on the pans
