Largely as advertised though theres no actual way to know if the cotton is really certified organic since they dont provide any 3rd party certification reference

The elastic of the shelfbra is covered with fabric so its not abrasive at all

Edit i just ordered another one of these camis and reading the description i noticed someone said short for torso not long enough for layering
