Pros

Zero water is very good tasting water, almost as good as the mineral sweet, new england water from the ground. Hawaii has pretty decent water and you can still taste the impurities, so i use zero. Makes the water in southern texas drinkable without up... Read More

The filters are good but a little pricey. They are durable, and work well. Price is decent.

You have to give them a good few wacks to get the sand or whatever's inside to loosen up so the water flows better. Ordering from you is easy and they were received very quickly.

Cons

This water filter system is as bad as printers are with idiotically expensive maintenance costs. No-one is getting any satisfaction from company or amazon.

Bottom of retainer scratched and discolored. It's like they took in empty refill cartridge and filled it with sand. Waste of money.

Depending on the quality of the water where you are dictates the longevity of the filters and how often you may need to replace them

So although they looked the same as the filters that had come with the pitcher they were far too small to fit in the pitcher

A friend of mine would say 34cheaper by the dozen34 sarcastically

They do have a little trapped air at first but once the air got out they work like a champ
