It compliments the fresh mozzarella in such an amazing way. I use it to saute vegetables and it gives them a delicious subtle blood orange flavor. It instantly transform meats, salads, maple syrup and anything else you want.
It really is. Definitely worth the wait tho'. Customer service at pacifica culinaria is fabulous too. It's a bit spendy but a little usually goes a long way.
Good quality oil and the flavor delivers every time i cook. Great taste on fish. Very yummy. Great flavor on vegetable.
