Sleeping aid is just the right potency to get a deep, refreshing sleep without a lingering groggy feeling in the morning. Seems like it’s discontinued by pacifica, so glad i could get some here. Melatonin is the main ingredient.

I may have to buy each of the ingredients individually to see if i can determine what ingredient works so well but one serving of this knocks me out and it is non habit forming and doesn’t seem to cause dependency
