Pros & Cons
Pros
Game changer. This is the happiest i have been about a purchase in a very long time. I am happy and i do not feel or believe this was a cheap budget conscience quality sacrificing purchase.
I have planter fasciitis. My foot problem is pain in the metatarsal region when i am on my feet for very long.
Cheap enough to have more than one set at s time, while not breaking the bank. The xhigh arched ones are the best! These are perfect for the task.
Tread labs makes a better more customizable orthotics for $65. They also offer a range of arch heights and firmness levels. The only thing i didnt like about tread labs is that they don’t make wide fit insoles. Scholl's and some other brands.
They heel is contoured and formed plastic; it reminds me of the specialty orthotics my chiropractor prescribes. One pair of these squeaks and the other doesn't, but it doesn't matter too much to me.
Cons
When i put them in my keen work boots, the heel section of the insole is too narrow for the boot. They're too rigid/firm for my high arches/feet.

The problem with the podiatrists top covers is that they were half length offering uneven padding under my foot inside my shoes
So with tread labs i found an affordable quality durable orthotic top cover that does not break the bank either
Competitiveness
I had a prescription pair of orthotics from a podiatrist that cost 650
After trying other cheaper options i think these are worth the money
Another 4star review also mentioned this problem that it feels like your feet being hammered when running
