Think in terms of interlocking radar fields or fields of machine gun fire. Effective in a 65 foot radius (one-third of an acre) it works really well in our yard! I use it in my mulch and it covers about 13,000 sq.

Cons

P3 international vibrasonic molechaser is perhaps the worst piece of equipment i have ever purchased. Mole damage everywhere, including all around the mole chaser itself.
