Pros

I'm not big on bass, so even though there isn't much with this headset, mot having bass pounding in my head is great. The sound quality is amazing along with the noise canceling.

The charge time is definitely faster now that these have a usb-c port instead of the micro-usb they used to have. The charge lasts quite a long time.

Cons

It is like the right side opens and there's an electrical short in them. These quit charging and therefore quit working all together after only 3 uses.

These are cheap headphones. But the engineering on these is just shabby. The company offers warranty replacements, and they do seem to honor the warranty, but it's a nuisance.

Overall, a disappointment. That’s pretty disappointing. No reply. No one ever does.
