All the pulp riot colors have the same scent and this was. The a weird, uneven blue-gray color all over. This is either not pulp riot at all or it is way past its expiration date.

They faded nicely to pastel tones rather than going weird like some other brands both as packaged and mixed to make other shades
Competitiveness
It feels less harsh than other brands is easy to layer with multiple covers and easy to change if wanted
Pulp riot is my favorite of the 2 brands and the price tag reflects the quality

I bought sorcery along with a couple other colors fireball and lemon intending to mix shades and do rainbow hair but it can be hard to get a good feel for color nuances online

Its not a flaw but i wanted to put the information out there for anyone else who really likes to play around with color theory and reads 1000 reviews before picking colors

Sorcery did fade noticeably faster than the other colors but thats true of most blues and purples

I also dont go to much special effort to preserve my color i wash 34 timesweek with a color safe shampoo and otherwise just abuse it
