I have few complaints but my biggest complaint is the lack of support or protection on the bottom of the bag

While the leather fabric and stitching are sturdy and easy to clean the bag provides no padding between the contents and your back and the shape is not the most ergonomic hiking rucksack out there

Ive brought it to work everyday for over a year and have brought it on 3 camping trips and 4 road trips as well as a 12 mile hikethough i dont recommend hiking it in weight distribution is not ideal

The draw string has had no issue but the actual flap and two clasps that cover it are ridiculous

Before i duct tape both clasps to the leather straps they kept falling off the backpack after the first month
