Pros
Extremely satisfied. Packing is good. Product serves the purpose.
Excellent product, a bit costlier than other options. Good quality & decent size.
Cons
Donot but this product. Don't buy a steamer without control switch. Not a good product.
Switched on since last 15 mins but very low vapour. Wasn't switching on. Had to replace the cable. Now no vapor at all. No indicator to find vaporizer plugged in or not.

Only possible to use as a vaporizer oils can be sprayed on tissue papers covering the syeam outlet nozzle

It would have been nice if the bottom jar holding water is of removable type
