Pros
Yr old loves the gloves. Warm but not bulky, so he has much better grip and dexterity. Cold proof and waterproof too.
Air circulates within the gloves - plenty of room. Amazingly the fit is excellent on my 13 yrs old sons' hands. These glove inserts are perfect in that they are not bulky.
Measurement chart is accurate to the fit. Fits me and my 13 year old boy. They are not tight, but they are fine.
Cons
These gloves are not waterproof as advertised. They are too bulky to fit under gloves or mittens. The seams of the middle three fingers on the left-hand glove are right in the middle of the finger making it very uncomfortable to wear.

They keep his hands warm and dry but aren’t so thick like so many other kids ski gloves as to make it hard for his fingers to move or hands to grasp things
