The canopy is surprisingly water resistant as only a few drops coming through during a long heavy rainstorm. It's been sitting in the sun on my back porch in the florida wind, rain, and sun for over a year now and is holding up great.

Sturdy and withstood some fairly strong wind without any damage. It has a steel frame. That is durable, but heavy.

Even on the best day, right out of the box, the side supports wobble inward. The aluminum is so thin and cheap. It's like putting hefty garbage bags together. In the ad it looks like a straight leg, just like the images of other straight leg units.
