Pros

Give it a try. It's very helpful. I evaluate it and if it works, i use it again if not. I never leave this kind of feedback but this time i will simply because it works.

Cons

Not a great impression to think my medication was either tampered with or possibly depleted. Aspirin and tylenol have more pain-killing power for me, which isn't much.
