This stuff works overpriced supplement that did not do any more for my joints than the regular move free supplement that i buy at walmart for a fraction of the price it was ok not my favorite joint pills at first when i order it i didnt think it was working because it didnt work as fast as it said it would but once it got in my system it begin to slow down the inflammation i had in my thigh i now move around better with let pain

It helps a lot with my shoulder joints
