Pros
Hint hint. Here's a i have a bad back and by swinging the bag to my back instead of wearing it forward, back pain is gone. I'm big and tall and it fits me nicely. Very satisfied with this purchase.
The self-poncho is in the back pocket and covers the whole fanny pack to protect it from any rain or moisture from rides. It has several pockets, which is good, but they make the fanny pack bulky.
Cons
I am highly disappointed at the fact that it is not waterproof. I wear a 12 and it is too small for me. Too big and bulky.

First while the listed dimensions of the largest and smallest pockets are sufficiently accurate the remainder of the pockets are noticeably smaller as the bag tapers from largest to smallest pockets

There should be a place in the center to fit one waistband on both sides but one side is right next to it so it is inconvenient
