Pros
This pan is so much sturdier than what i had before. The pics are lemon bars i made using the pan! Very pleased with pan cleans up easy. These pans are well made and sturdy.
It is not difficult to clean. Since it cleans up with a few swipes of a sponge, i have no problem with this. Cleans in a flash.
Oxo good grips are a great product. Made well and very sturdy. Worth every penny.
Cons
This pan was initially great and my favorite pan, i won't be buying this product again, it's just not long lasting. Is not very non-stick either. Try another brand and save your money.
The finish is not just a flaking issue but actually pealing off. It takes a lot of time and effort to clean out all the stuck on, crusted gunk that accumulates.

Perhaps this happened to the person who gave a one star review and complained about the nonstick coating

Great for making cakes fudge brownies and bar cookies and what ever else you can fit in a 9x13 pan
And best of all it was made in the usa

Probably not a good idea to use a knife while slice up something that is still in the pan

If you insist on putting everything in your dishwasher you will find that todays detergents are too abrasive for nonstick coatings and it will not last long

Some of the darker nonstick pans cause the outside to brown very quickly often before the inside is properly done
