Pros & Cons
Pros
The design is nice and sleek. The product can't be anymore simpler/useful. Don't pay little and expect perfection.
This keeps them securely in place, whether it's full or almost empty. The napkins never slouch down to the bottom.
It is easy to reload and works as well fully loaded as with just a few left. Easy to load, sturdy and can pull a napkin out with one hand.
It beautifies the kitchen countertop. Looks much nicer than a stack sitting on the table too. It is stainless steel, the plastic bottom will not damage a wood table.
The spring action is what every napkin holder needs. Rubber lining on the top inside of the arms of the holder adds enough friction to compensate for the change in tension to prevent remaining napkins sliding downward.

The only drawback is not surprisingly when there arent that many napkins in the holder it tends to collapse and kind of 34pinch34 the napkins along its top edges making removing them trickyyou tend to pull out multiple napkins when you only wanted one

Liked the styling better on the old oxo stainless grip napkin holder but mine had started to get a few rust pits so replaced it with this one thats a little less transitional and more dineresque
