Delivery was excellent flavor excellent im assuming per guineas however the price is up there for a small portion
Packaging/appearance
However im all for reduced packaging reduce waste environmental earth type stuff so can overlook
For those of us that are older with sore shoulders the new packaging has it packed in there so tightly its very difficult to get it out
Competitiveness
I can tell he much prefers it to other brands
Other then that well worth the value
My guinea pigs do not like the kaytee brand since it is often more strawlike
I received double the timothy 2nd cut for the same price

The last couple times it was okay still excellent quality hay on top but with some broken soft brittle brown hay at the bottom which was fine understandable dust and breakage from shipping and whatnot

The hay is so soft brown and brittle with such tiny shreds that it looks like they sent a package full of dead yard clippings after mowing the lawn
