Pros

The previous 2 shipments my animals (3 guinea pigs and 1 chinchilla rabbit) love it usually. My rabbits and chinchillas love this hay. My piggies, aka furry butts love the hay and that's what is important.

Cons

The bulk sizes aren't hand sorted so a good portion of the hay isn't able to be used. It is of no value since my two guinea pigs won't eat it.

Dusty, dry, and the box was torn, not your usual hay. This 50# box is more like orchard grass and has very few seed heads in it. This entire box is consistently inferior to the other boxes i have purchased.

The box is full of bad hay that's going brown and looks disgusting. There's also a lot of hay that just doesn't look fresh. It's apparent this one sat drying out.

The price is high but i can’t imagine how much it would cost to ship 50 pounds of hay
