Pros

Tasted the difference in the philly city water right away. The filtered water definitely tastes clean. My cats are doing well with it, one gets stomach upset regularly, it has all but disappeared, cat is seventeen years old.

Hope to finally bid farewell to acid reflux. It takes away the acidic flavor from the tap. Also drinking alkaline water is really good for you.

I find myself refilling the pitcher more times than i would like to. The spout is a little weird sometimes but im overall super happy with it. If you have water that stinks or has a funny taste, using this pitcher removes all of those things.

Cons

If you fill the top reservoir too, the water just dribbles out. There’s some sort of design flaw or defect affecting how the water pours out.
