Pros

They are delicious, help me to feel energized, and have 20% of the daily value of all of the vitamins and minerals you need for the day. They are packed with protein, vitamins & fiber.

Chocolate taste is good, a little powdery consistency, of course but good flavor. It tastes great with no grainy texture. If you let it sit and it thickens, it basically is chocolate pudding.

Cons

Thick, glutinous, twiggy grossness. Taste is chemically with a strong after taste.

The vitamin b 12 used is synthetic and has cyanide in it. I also feel nauseous after i drink it. It claims 20 grams of protein, which it claims is 17% daily value. But in a list of vitamins and minerals, it claims only 20% of daily value.

The texture has been greatly improved it’s no longer extremely thick with possible lumps

Not only does this product go without these ingredients they actively test against crosscontamination

I have a very poor appetite and have tried many liquid proteinmeal replacement drinks

Great chocolate flavor and very good price

Its kind of like drinking a liquid packaged brownie

These are packed with protein vitamins fiber

Compared to others this is by far the best tasting and i will only be buying this brand from here on out

These taste a lot better than most similar products

I didnt notice any difference from the more expensive soylent in terms of stomach issues or otherwise

My only complaint is the cost but its competitive with similar shakes
