It always replaces one meal, and sometimes two. It has a little aftertaste. Voila owyn appears.
Cons
Poor service & bad product. What the heck. This product is not eligible for returns -- which is not clearly annotated on the webpage.
The taste is absolutely horrible. Sometimes it has a metallic taste. It's a weird substitute sweetness, not like sucrose, fructose or glucose.

I am a life long vegetarian and i find these shakes delicious and having quality ingredients
2 these arent as filling as the shakes i had been using before i moved to these
There are two things i think could be improved 1 the caps are usually difficult to open

Highly recommend even though its pretty pricey
Its a fantastic value for the price and i have no doubt that it will continue to serve me well for a long time
Everything ive ever tried was cloyingly sweet tasted like chemicals had the consistency of liquid chalk or was too pricey
Healthy and tasty but too expensive not sure if i would buy again

I get the box and store some in my glove compartment along with my protein bars during the fallwinter

Even though this has no added sugar just monk fruit extract it somehow tastes sweet in a way that doesnt have that awful bitter aftertaste

There are two things i think could be improved 1 the caps are usually difficult to open

Among three cases there were a few i was able to twist the cap and break the outer plastic seal but most of them were too difficult to open the intended way

Instead i have to cut along the perforations remove the plastic and then i can twist the cap

This outer plastic seal is unnecessarily strong especially considering there is another safety seal under the cap
