Pros
The new unit works flawlessly, and i'm grateful for their dedication to customer satisfaction. The device is powerful yet gentle, effortlessly removing dead skin and leaving my feet feeling incredibly smooth. I am definitely impressed!
The ergonomic design ensures a comfortable grip. The various interchangeable roller heads provide versatility for tackling different levels of calluses. Easy to maneuver around the contours of my feet.
Callus remover lasts through multiple uses before needing a recharge. Easy to use and easy to clean.
Cons
It bounces all around when trying to use it. When it bounces around it keeps shutting off. I am not a fan of how it rotates.
It's a decent grinder, but battery life is beyond appalling. Only three uses out of it before it quits. No power, and useful only for already modestly rough feet.

To my surprise they were prompt polite and genuinely invested in solving my problem
I emailed the customer service and they responded within 2 days maybe it was one day
I spoke with own harmony customer service and because it was under warranty they sent me a replacement unit promptly

This works a lot better than other brands
I had purchased a similar product before from a competitor and it is nowhere near the value of the cr2100

Basically i didnt realize the extent of leakage until this past week and i developed it back in 2017

Since i didnt realize how the fluid would dry on my feet and basically form a thick layer and cause bad cracking calluses that made me and my specialists and podiatrist belive that my feet were essentially rotting
