There one section of the sofa that the weave was crooked and i contacted customer service

The sofa is in three pieces so you can set it up as a loveseat and use the middle piece as another chair although it would not have arms or move an end piece away for another chair

In addition the company realized they sent me the beige pillows by mistake and sent me an email before i even received the furniture telling me they were sending the correct orangered pillow covers
