In my case the heel on the right shoe was killing my foot i thought they were just breaking in i almost returned them so i pulled out the insoles and what do you know they paper thin and on the right show the nails holding the heel we’re sticking up about a 14 inch

The removable insole is not any good you will feel the need to replace it for something with better arch support and better cushioning
