The packaging was great and it works the way i want it to
It is very convenient for me to see water level in the kettle

We purchased one of these ovente kettles about four years ago and it has worked well
I chose this ovente over other bigger namebrand kettles because of 1 better reviews 2 german glass 3 moderate price
Ive never heard of ovente but it turned out as good or better than described

So wrote the merchant via amazons contact seller

The merchant responded immediately and explained they do recycle old boxes so the outer box might look old the item is 100 new
