Pros

The water boils within minutes and it stays hot. Reheating is just at the push of a button. It boils fast. It also is sized right and can boil up to 1.

The ovente kettle features a covered heater and a removable sieve. It’s a gorgeous kettle, and possibly the manufacture improved the design since my kettle was purchased.

The stainless handle is very sleek and chic. It is not too tall either, having a nice design with a fatter base, which adds to stability. The handle is sturdy (not flimsy) and the handle has a nice grip.

Cleaning the exterior is pretty easy - simply use a damp cloth. Just go easy when filling it and take a quick 3 seconds to wipe away any excess water.

Cons

Customer service is of no help. Without a video. Without exchanging email. It's hard to clean and never dries. I will be requesting a refund.
