    The adhesive on the back didnt last too long sticking on my oven, my son pulled on the door and it came off.

    No matter how hard they pull on the oven handle the latch does not give and the adhesive keeps the latch in place.

    Once the backing is off there's really no going back; just need to stick with pushing it one way (which is fine).
